People high on neuroticism often have problems with general and social anxiety, impulsive agressiveness, high disagreeableness, constant nervousness etc. which basically completely fucks them up career-wise. Its the worst personality type you can have for relationships, career and pretty much everything as it means you will often come into conflicts with other people for smallest most insignificant shit or will try to avoid communication due to anxiety and communication is most important if you want succesfull career.
Neurotic losers are already easy to spot in school (your typical vengeful people hating but at the same time anxious and high inhibition incels) and since this is deeply ingrained character trait it usually remains like that for the rest of your life.
