Ive experienced lots of perspectives/personalities I wonder if its just brain chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, or we have souls and can experience various frequencies/energy because each personality has a certain vibe

I think it's a mixture of what you mentioned.

But imo genetics also play a huge role

Blood memories for example have been scientifically proven to be a real thing.

Also, you inherit a huge part of your personality, addictions or even sexual preference (like fetishes or kinks) from your ancestors. So, technically, there was some person from your ancestry who behaved just like you.
