I keep failing so many talking stages because of this. Every time I text a girl everything goes fine but once we actually go out it gets awkward as fuck.
And its not even about looks because those girls come up to me and stuff but I just cant keep them around. any solutions?

both tbh i feel pretty comfortable when i am talking maybe not that much but i am not overthinking every word i say

could it be you guys dont build off of what each other say so convos just die instead of flowing. for example if she says “i just started going to the gym” are you more likely to say something like “oh nice” and switch the convo to whatever comes to mind or are you asking more questions like “what made you start” “whats your favorite exercise” then also adding your own story in about your experiences after if you relate to anything she says that can take a 5 sec convo to a 10+ min convo about the one topic if both parties are very engaged takes two if one isnt engaging as much as the other person its hard to have a good convo

yeah i always try my best to do that but even with it the convo dies after few minutes

that is very true
for the op something i’ve noticed that helps me is just understand you guys are somewhat friends so just treat the conversation like it is two friends talking as it will flow more naturally
