i dont have much experience tbh but the best way is to create an excuse and meet up with these foids. I recommend getting a fake phonecall app which makes your phone ring at a specific time and then setting it up at least an hour ahead. During the hour put a high dose of melatonin in coffee or something and serve it to your gf as a nice gesture, then when your phone rings I recommend picking up and pretending to be on a convo with one of your boys or some shit, then tell your gf you'll be going to meet with a friend who wants to talk to you about something between the two of you.

She'll be too tired to even ask questions and go crash in bed. You go, get your nut and come back home.

EDIT: Just read you won't have a car. Only way you can fuck foids that live with their parents is fucking them in an alleyway or in some obscure areas JFL. If you can afford a room at a motel 6 that'd be ideal.
