I stopped eating grains at 13-14 years old. Idk if I was too late but atleast I stopped during puberty

I stopped today, in my twenties, and it is too late for me, because I had low testosterone during puberty and past puberty.

I was poisoned and damaged at vulnerable years in life.

So I can’t eat oats or rice? Surely white rice is okay because it’s just brown normal rice that has had the outer layer taken off and that outer layer protects the white rice from pesticides?

Eat 0 grocery store grains for the rest of your life.
Grains are little seeds, there is not much needed to penetrate them, all of them are infected with the chemical toxin (antibiotic that kills every rodent and ever insect and ever weed that touches it).

You can buy organic / bio grains from an internet store. Organic means that they didn't spray those, and instead, built proper fences / greenhouses against rodents, and plucked the weeds themselves without relying on chemicals to avoid plucking.
In my country of Russland, there are available organic buckwheat and organic rice and organic ramen noodles.

If you have no access to organic plants, better never eat those plants, they will make you low testosterone, and possibly even make you infertile (no kids for you).
Inorganic meat is something completely different, it's incomparably better than inorganic plants.

Since you asked about oats and rice, I assume your family was poor. To supplement calories, eat fat trimmings. It's very healthy too, testosterone is synthesized from cholesterol and saturated fat, which fat trimmings from certain animals (like calves, pigs) do have in high amount.

We aren’t poor my mum is just a bit of a health freak so breakfast is usually like oats yogurt and fruit and we have a lot of rice and chicken, rice and beef, rice and fish ect.

Yeah my mum tries to stop be from eating red meat but fuck that we are fairly protien based still lots of eggs and nuts but she avoids fat like the plague it’s just stupidn

If you’re in your 20s now, like most of us older users, it’s over anyway. I’ve been severely deficient in almost every regard due to an intestinal issue and inherited anemia. My testosterone fluctuated like crazy - it was much higher when I lived with my grandma for a while during university.

I’m short, and my bones are incredibly thin, especially compared to the rest of my male family members, who are tall, well-built, and extremely intelligent, all doctors and engineers.

Doctors are a disease these days. Their point of reference is way off from what ideal values should be for proper development. I was tested several times during puberty because I always felt mentally off and had extreme insomnia. But they always relied on the wrong values, ones that are irrelevant when it comes to non-life-threatening, yet developmentally critical, issues.

My ferritin was consistently between 20-30 ng/mL, which is a joke for a developing male. My active vitamin D was always below 20. My adrenal gland showed weak hormone production. Cortisol levels were either unusually low or unusually high. Always had elevated liver values, which is the only thing they even recognized.
Yet, they seriously told me I have sufficient iron production, since it falls within the reference range of 15-400ng/mL for this specific labour.

And guess what? They sent me to a psychologist, because doctors today are utterly retarded and lack even basic understanding outside of textbook disease states.

Fruits are excellent for hydration (oranges, watermelones, ...) and many are rich in valuable antioxidants like glutathione in certain varieties. It should be self-explanatory that antioxidants are essential for balancing oxidative stress, something modern life exposes us to constantly, in countless forms every single day (pollution, diet, stress, ...). Although, bioavailability can differ.

Also, fruits have always been one of nature’s most accessible sources of nutrition, requiring no cultivation or artificial modification.
