To begin this post I would like to say, this is my first serious post on this site and one of many more to come.
Peter Scully wasn't sent to Davao Prison after he was arrested for the heinous crimes he commited to rot, he was sent there as a sleeper asset. The Philippine government and the CIA colluded to use Scully's knowledge of the dark web and his ability to vanish to help ISIS establish a digital command center in Southeast Asia.
In 2017, ISIS released a propaganda video titled "The Call of the Wild" featuring a captured Australian soldier. Forensic audio analysts (including those who worked on the Jack the Ripper case) have pointed out that the timbre and specific hesitation patterns in the soldier's speech match Peter Scully's voice profile from his 2014 police interviews. Scully didn't just get captured; he was already the one holding the camera in the fucking video, filming the Australian soldiers as a tactic.
Scully was allegedly in prison during the 2016 Bitcoin boom. However, blockchain analysts claim there are 4.7 Bitcoin transactions traced to Scully's known wallet addresses that occurred after he was supposed to be in maximum security custody. However, the barcode numbers don't match any Philippine prison ID system. The barcode is a GPS tracker left by his ISIS handlers. It tracks his movements to the Raqqa HQ. The numbers correspond to the coordinates of a secret ISIS bunker in the desert.

Peter Scully isn't in a Philippine jail cell. He is one of the highest ranking members of ISIS, running their global operations from a bunker in Syria. His "life sentence" is a calculated lie to prevent anyone from looking for him. He is the one pulling the strings.
