PF-06252616 (Domagrozumab) is a myostatin inhibitor that could have revolutionized muscle growth by blocking a protein that limits muscle development. In theory, this compound would allow users to achieve insane muscle gains and faster recovery, similar to animals that lack myostatin. However, it was originally designed to treat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a muscle-wasting disease, rather than for performance enhancement in healthy individuals. Clinical trials for its use in DMD showed no significant improvements, leading Pfizer to discontinue it in 2018.

RIP :feelswhy: pfizer and its fkcing jews murked the miracle drug because there wasnt enough money to make off cripples JFL

it has effects on humans in the research paper, it enlarged the muscles but the patients of the disesase still couldnt move due to nervous system issues and whatnot, as for us NONCRIPPLES, free gains.

(PF-06252616 (Domagrozumab) increased muscle mass in patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), but it did not translate to significant improvements in functional mobility or muscle performance. The increased muscle mass didn't help these patients overcome the disabilities associated with their condition because DMD is a progressive muscle-wasting disease that affects muscle function and strength, not just muscle size.

This means that while the drug might have resulted in larger muscles, it did not address the underlying issues that caused disability in DMD patients, which is why it was ultimately discontinued)

but if it has good effects shouldnt the side effects be really bad?

Not as bad as the other roids for sure since its not an exogenous hormone

There are tons of other myostatin inhibitor drugs

yeah but this ones virtually perfect
Uh no as far as I can tell there are much better ones like bimagrumab, although that has to be administered by IV.

I think this one may be the same though since it’s the same class of drug.
