@pfl overrates ethnics

His ratings are good except when it comes to rate appeal (pheno) and include that in the whole rating. When the pheno is "too ethnic" like too swarthy or black you must include pheno tax. If it's not "too ethnic" it barely matters in the whole rating.

Not really he only hates his own race but that doesn't mean he hates all brownies.
