what I heard is that 3.5 is ideal.

remember the difference between pfl, pfh, and pf breadth though.

pfl is from medial canthus to lateral canthus of the same side.

Pfh is the distance from the upper eyelid and lower eyelid mostly at the midpupilar area.

Pf breadth is the horizontal size of the eyes. Canthal tilt will change this but canthal tilt will not change pfl.

pf breadth is shorter than pfl. If he had zero canthal tilt his pf breadth will be equal to pfl. But he has pct so it becomes shorter.
