I have a very loaded and maybe tmi question, but here goes:
I am a late-15 and have spent a large part of my earlier adolescence in ill health. This was due to a severe mental health breakdown (not that you care), and specifically involved good stretches of: sleep deprivation, malnutrition, chronic stress, inflammation, lack of sunlight, and lack of exercise. I am now living as healthfully as I can. I have not taken any extreme measures yet, but I am eating a balanced animal-based diet, walking for at least an hour daily (prioritising sun exposure), removing all alcohol and ultra-processed foods, and taking minor supplements such as Calcium, high-strength Vitamin D, NAC+, and Magnesium. My mental health has thankfully recovered, but my gut health is still sluggish.

I am not in a position of serious under-development (I am 6ft and decent looking), but I have obviously de-optimised my most crucial developmental window. Are there any pharmaceutical recommendations that would apply to my case? I am in a good financial and social position for it, but am not willing to nuke my health with direct GH shots or smth. I am also trying to prevent negative feedback suppression since my endocrine system hasn’t fully developed. Thanks a lot for your consideration.

Yeah cuz growth hormone "nukes your health"
I understand it's totally fearmongered and I'm not trying to contribute to that, but it is less safe than something like CJC+Ipa. I'm just thinking that I'd prefer that over direct GH because I'm not in a good position health-wise.

Fine but wont give results in this aspect

Pretty low roi but okay

Op take cerebrolysin+vorinostat+selegiline,i would say addy instead of sele but your inhib is sky high

Are you genuinely retarded. CJC and Ipa are chemical research peptides and CJC has quite literally only ever been tested on adult humans with a small clinical trial. Every single "benefit" of CJC + Ipa are theoritical and have not been proven.

HGH on the other hand has been quite literally studied since the 1920s. Synthetic HGH injections (like the ones being promoted to you) have been studied since 1985.

Thank you for the rec. Can I ask if selegiline is just for mental health improvement, because I'm fine on that end. And yes if anything I need to lower inhib.

Calm down lol. The benefit is that it acts in a more holistic manner with less downsides, no? I never said I was a pharmacologist I'm just looking for advice.

Do you know of anything else for inhib that doesn't increase serotonin. Is oxytocin a meme?

I have a in depth thread on oxytocin, and yes its a meme, oxytocin agonists are expensive as fuck, best way is with vortioxetine, its side effect profile isnt anywhere near classic ssri's as its also an 5ht1a agonist
