I will rank every pharma softmax I've tried at home so far.
S
Topical Minoxidil
Pros: Permanent results for beard/moustache, semi-permanent? for eyebrows
Cons: Requires consistency and a time commitment. Expect 10mins twice a day and 7-8 months minimum for permanent growth
Aqualyx
Pros: Permanent localized fat reduction at a significantly cheaper cost than clinics. Not hard to do once you're familiarized with the process.
Cons: Requires much more effort to learn and low inhib. Takes many more sessions than surgery to achieve results.
A
Stimulants/Weight Loss Drugs
Pros: Extremely effective at lowering body fat %
Cons: Don't get addicted and not a permanent solution. Maintaining the same diet after stopping use is very difficult but not as hard as going on a deficit without drugs.
B
Oral Minoxidil
Pros: Insane results for eyelashes
Cons: Not a permanent solution, all gains fall out after 3 months of stopping use
Botox
Pros: Very effective at reducing wrinkles and creating selective facial muscular atrophy. Even easier to do than Aqualyx.
Cons: Only lasts a few months. The permanent solution is to fix habits e.g. facial tension, repeated movements, bruxism
D
Skincare/Retinol
Pros: Small but very temporary skin brightening/hydration
Cons: Not worth the effort/price. Wearing sunscreen to avoid UV damage is much more effective and permanent than any skincare routine, to prevent early aging (wrinkles/laxity etc.)
F
Dermarolling/stamp
Pros: Might help stimulate collagen?
Cons: Takes way too much effort for effectively no real result
