Its great that you’re open to learn rather than spamming threads about it or making up bullshit, thats a rare skill here

Having a grounding in biology education- HS level stuff (understanding the endocrine system, HPTA, bone formation, the blood, BBB etc) is a good start, from there I ended up learning from a variety of sources

Wikipedia, pubmed, youtube, the occasional good org thread, bodybuilding forums etc

Even chatgpt if you’re lazy, I wouldn’t trust it with your life but its good at aggregating information from a lot of sources and dumbing it down

All the information you may want is on here. It's not the best and the risks are sometimes down played but it's usually fine. You could just use ChatGPT if you have no will to research.
