this is about my acne. male 16

I have acne all along my back, shoulders, top of my arms, all over my face, hairline, neck, etc. nowhere is spared.
I've been on multiple topical shit, adapalene, antibiotics, accutane, etc. spray, cream, fuckin almost everything prescription they can give me.
and as far as im aware, anything not prescription is 100% cope for me.

what can I even do about it? am I just doomed to wait out puberty till my testosterone levels out??|
will listen to any and all reasonable advice at this point..
