PHAT gym program for you skinny fucks

Being in the gym more than 3 times a week is a waste of time
Maybe if you are under a year after a year or so your going to need more stimulus unless your doing 3 full body workouts a week with volume and intensity I don’t see how that would be effective as they’d be like 2 and half hour workouts I’d rather go 5-6 times a week for an hour and half then 3 times for longer. Plus it’s fun and just coping for being lazy imo
