Phenibut dosage

What is the optimal phenibut dosage for you? I currently took 2 grams and it still not has kicked in, although I only took it 1.5 hours ago.

Also what are your experiences with taking phenibut with alcohol or other drugs? I heard it might not be recommended to mix that with alcohol, but fuck it I am gonna drink tonight, maybe I will get hammered. I am already on ADHD medication (Strattera) which makes me less anxious / lower inhib, it will be an interesting experiment combining that with phenibut and alcohol, I might get into a fight tonight.

1.5 grams are nothing, take 2 grams at least or up that to 3 that is what I will do now

I never had trouble breathing, as for my semen idk, it was always bit watery. I have one notable side effect so far from Strattera - dry mouth

Yeah it is not close, I am on 3 grams right now, I would say phenibut has some effects it is not just a meme, I am starting to give less fucks. However compared to other downers it is mild. I don't even understand now why it is illegal in my country, it is not like it is ketamine.
