I can't tell if its just a meme but using phenibut to lower social inhib is a horrible idea. It lasts for way too long like 24 hours and peaks after 7 hours. If you've taken a high enough dose to even feel something, when it peaks all you want to do is sleep and do nothing. Everytime I take phenibut I end up sleeping for like 20 hours.

It’s not shit. Everyone’s experiences are different with each compound.

It makes me borderline manic at higher dosages. I’ve been taking it for 10 years now and it does exactly what I need. I never felt tired on it.

i usually take 1.5g, it is definitely euphoric, but its not the kind of euphoria that makes you want to go interact with people. its the kind that makes you want to lie down in bed completely still and listen to music.

yea maybe but it lasts way too long so its hard to time it properly for a social event, like it will really kick in after 7-9 hours, so you would have to take it really early in the day or still be very high after the event

For me it took about 3 to 5 hours to kick in. Great drug, just kinda weird to use. I agree
