Phenibut sucks

Phenibut didnt help me woth anything at all
Didnt feel anything, first time 500mg
Second time i took 1.5g and it didnt really do anything until i started drinking shots, which i had like 4 of, it might have amplified the alcohol effects by a bit but not to extreme lengths
So i wouldnt buy phenibut, im gonna buy a different beta blocker like pregab or something to try

i feel like some people just respond differently i’ve seen quite a few people say this. i’ve also heard phenibut is just a hit or miss in general. my first time i took 700mg hcl liquid and it had me feeling like the best version of my self lol. you should try a different brand and take on empty stomach.
