Phenibut is good, take 1-2gs. Dosage depends on everyone but I need 2gs for it to take effect. Dose twice only a week, Monday and Friday or etc. don’t take it consecutively. Phenibut will make you feel like absolute shit if you abuse it. It provides a clear mind while boosting charisma and social skill by like +5 SPECIAL stat. i have it powdered form, I would take it by dissolving it in orange juice, then have coffee with it. Phenibut works well in acidic environments so drinking these two will make the effects even better. btw don’t eat 2 hours before or 3 hours after consumption. Not sure if those hours are right, have to double check. But calories fuck it up

It works very well, you get the same low-inhibition that you get from alcohol but without the mental impairmentes and dizziness. The bad side is that it is very addictive and tolerance develops quick so you will have to increase the dose with time. It will be ok if you don't use it more than once a week.
