Im fasting rn like 900kkal a day and I bought some phenidut(first time user) and planning on taking it 2 times a week. I think this a lil extreme but idk. Can some one advice me on this?

Phenibut is kidna ass, very minimal to no effects on me, i might have to try with a higher does, took 1.5g last time and nearly nothing
