Xanax is bad enough, but phenibut is even worse in how quickly you build tolerance and get addicted. I suppose if you are ready to use it very sparingly on key days it's fine, but legit take it more than two days in a row and you're already done for.

Unless you have weak mental, this drug is difficult to get addicted to, however, if at all you think you could become dependent, stay away. I’ve used it on average once a month for two years now, works great when you need it.
