Phenotypes dumb question

so when talking about actual phenotypes (i.e keltic nordid or brunn) is it actually rare for people to be just one pheno? are most people a mix between two phenotypes like is the average british person mixed between all these phenos and also where do anthropologists actually draw the line between phenos since with that logic isnt everyone sort of mixed from different older phenotypes?
