Pheromones in humans aren't that researched of an area however every single male pheromone that has been researched has been a metabolite of androgens, which makes sense logically as it should be a sex hormone. Most of these are described as smelling musky and as a result may in themselves be not ideal in attracting a mate in terms of at first meeting someone, I would imagine pheromones in men would shine in a very context dependent scenario where the girl already was on the edge of showing interest in you. Fragrances already exist and realistically if you can select a good smelling fragrance you can yield the attraction you are looking for.
