Just looksmax and approach. All else is cope. Lol at reading an entire book of platitudes when it's not that complicated

Depends on how abstract you are and how deep your issues go

For someone with trauma and bad self esteem, what would you recommend
It really depends on what’s the cause of that self esteem issue. Nietzsche fucked my self esteem up and made me realise how much of a subhuman I was, but has motivated me to change.

I think like positive books like shit by mark Manson (not a philosopher) can be helpful for guys like you

Its not even like, looks or some shit like that. I have a shit personality and im legit 0 iq, + no friends or even opportunities to lose khhv. Im inferior in every way humanly possible. And i dont feel motivated, i feel demotivated and that i should just rope instead of continuing living with shit cards

I feel like the only solution to me is fucking roping or magic drugs that just make me no longer feel like roping. Is there any medication or something that makes you resilient to shitty things in a shitty life?

Read something by Heidegger, you'll learn a thing or two.
That guy is confusing af. I wish I could've understood him because it sounded like he was making a critique of western philosophy, but had no idea so gave up after a week.
