Yes as u can see the philtrum shortens and the cupids bow gets lifted without adding any filler into my actual body of lips , a strategic approach must be done to avoid over feminizing and overfilling the lips as a male .

How would this be different from getting lip filler in the upper lip?

lip flip just relaxes the muscle around the lips and it gets curled outward to create a more natural result , but if u lack volume youll need a bit of filler to go with it

Hey bros , this was my mouth area like a year ago for anybody that didn’t know , i had a long philtrum and a thin upper lip . So what did i do ? Well i got a lip flip with botox 4 units total and 0.5 ml filler for the philtrum columns ( saw a post from @Orc about this so i had to try )

annnd the results after about a week was like this

insane , the price total was $250 i get it redone every 3 months , why because i dont care and only have enough for this for now , until i decide if i want to get a actual lip lift but for now who the fuck cares , this is cheap and it ascends so much . Hope some of you reading this decide or not if its worth it for you .

looks great but tbh you dont really need it you have ideal ratios in your lower third, the only reason it looks worse is bc of your smile. would be more dimorphic without it
