Yurrr, I have small miserable rounded lightly recessed feminine chin and an overly long philtrum do to my 45% African side in my genetics, i already have big but not extremely oversized lips. But the question is is there a way to shorten the philtrum without getting a lip lift or having to grow out a mustage?
