Philtrum column fillers/upper lip fillers in the one part of lips

I have recessed one part of the lips bc of maloclusion. It gives me subhuman lip seal from the side. Is it possible to fix it with small amount of fillers (like .5ml)? Has anyone got it?

where do u recommend to inject filler? into upper lip or into noso folds?
