Philtrum correction

i know about lip lift surgery but in mens do this make you looks like an fucked uncanny gay, so any form to correct this? i think that correcting my flat maxila( orto ) maybe will pull up my phitrum. so some different thing can be used? some other/experimental/different form of lip lift surgery? the worst problem is that my lip isnt small, so do a lip lift really be fucking strange.
