Hey unfortunately i cant do this because i live in iraq but if you want to fraud your philtrum all you need is a lipstick that has the same shade of your own lips ( cosmetic shops ) and over done your upper lips just like some foids do this can also improve how your midface look and improve chin to philtrum ratio

But your not gonna use this type of colours try to get the same shade as your lips
