Philtrum shortening through rapid palate expander

Does anyone else have this side effect regarding palate expansion? I’ve had it for around 1-2 months and I’ve seen significant changes with my philtrum and lower third. I would chalk it up to puberty but since it’s been so short idk. I blurred out my chapped ass lips
