Philtrum sticking out

I was forced to mouth breath my whole life cause of a broken nose I recently got nose surgery and can now nose breathe. I’m 16 and wondering why my philtrum sticks out, (I assume cause of mouth breathing), so will nose breathing now slowly fix that?

there is
convex philtrum (curves inward)
concave philtrum (curves outward)
yours is concave, caused by maxillary recession
make sure ur mewing 24/7, even at night (yes this is possible)
biggest fix will probably be a lefort tho if youve had to mouth breathe ur entire life
