Hey, I’ve got a philtrum that’s about 14-15mm when relaxed which is a bit over ideal, but because my nose is a bit upturned, it looks closer to 18 mm when measured from the tip. This makes my midface look longer than it really is, and it’s a big insecurity for me.
Right now, I have a mustache, but growth is weaker toward the nose compared to the middle. I was thinking of going for a style similar to this photo:
mustache higher in the middle (closer to the nose) and tapering smaller toward the sides. The goal is to visually shorten the philtrum and keep the lips defined. If that’s the best style, should I just let it grow naturally, or use Minoxidil to fill in the upper middle section?
Also, my lips aren’t thin but not super full either. Are there any softmaxxing tips for making lips look fuller without invasive procedures?
I’m only looking for softmaxxing advice here, things like grooming, styling, or at home techniques.
Thanks.
