How can you fix a too long philtrum like obvi if ur mandible grows bigger and shi ur philtrum will automatically appear smaller but is there like other ways of making it shorter or make it appear shorter (softmaxxes prefered but also hardmaxxed solutions)

I dont actually my lower lip is very nice but the upper is too thin so lip lift is optimal ig but id prefer a softmaxx still

there really are no softmaxxes aside from growing up, i've seen some people's philtrums shrink after becoming older but besides that there's nothing

it barely changes upper lip size anyway. it just shortens philtrum, the incision is made along the base of the nose

No softmaxxes to actually make it smaller just grow a mustache over it

if you want to softmax to shorten the philtrum u should make your upper lip bigger with vollufiline
