if your nose is upturned you could get a cartilage rhino to increase the nose length and make your philtrum look smaller, if ur nose is fine, you're fucked tho. You can't increase the nose length otherwise. What's ur midface ratio?

mate 16mm philtrum is absolutely fine, it's only 1mm above the average for males. That's not a failo. Focus on other things imo.
