Nt doesn't just mean being able to hold a conversation
there are plenty people who can react and conject well
but it is obvious they are definitely not normal from their tones and focus on certain things
a saw this so much when people thought Jamesa was NT because he was holding conversation
even tho he was eating his own poop on live streams
