If you had 1 week to get ready for a photoshoot and had to look as lean as possible, what would you do? Also, in this hypothetical, you are already decently lean roughly 15%. I'm talking salt/potassium manipulation, fasting, HIIT Exercise, etc. What would be your routine to make sure your face and body look as shredded as possible. Curious about this.
