Same thing happened to me when I first started paxil. I had suicidal thoughts for a few weeks and then I became normal. It might be temporary, but if you were on another medication that worked I would switch back.

you need to rationalize those feelings from an outside perspective, thats what a good psychiatrist would do not giving you ways to cope
