I don't have chronic pain but I do have arthritis like symptoms and my joints and hips are constantly popping out of place

Was having a devastating crack in my knees every time I stand up out of bed

It used to drive me insane but one day I decided that it makes me stronger mentally so I stopped whining

But it can be brutal yeah
