Physically cannot mew and I’m not sure why

I cannot get back third of my tongue up. I originally believed it was a tounge tie, or something like tongue being too wide for pallet. Went to my ortho and dentist and they both told me I didn’t have a tie. One suggested I might have a weak tongue.

Anyone else have this issue? How can I approach activating lower third

focus on suctioning ur back tongue up and always swallow your spit to remind you of suctioning it

mewing doesnt work, pallete expander is the only option, dont even think abt fingering ur mouth for 20 mins a day aka thumbpulling is cope too.
