6'0 185.6, been training for roughly 3 months with 1 month off. diets not bad but my calorie intake fluctuates often. wondering if i should bulk to build more muscle before cutting or just cut down asap.

(was 198 in march so I'm definitely down weight but still not seeing results in mirror much, probably because i was just starving)

cut down till 10-15 bf than do maingaining withe 200-300 surplus
