I’ve been ️maxing sense I was 14 because I was pretty chubby and got made fun of for that and that’s when I got into the looks and self improvement forms online. For a while I’ve been trying to get the best frame/shoulder to waist ratio but ever sense I started learning about hightmaxing I started aiming for that instead. This is the biggest I’ve been (130-140lb) sense I was 15 (118-128lb) and I’m desperately trying to utilize my genes while maintaining a lean physique. My dad was 6’6 and I am currently 18yo and 6’1. I have a phobia of being fat and have always struggled with bulking but it’s been costing my hight. A few years ago I was estimated to peak at around 6’4 and stop growing and now I’m worried that I’ve ruined my life by following these extremest groups.

you are in dire need of a bulk

even if you don’t put on a bunch of fat, it’s going to happen. it’s just something you have to accept, and if you want it bad enough you’ll definitely be able to cut back to a comfortable weight with more muscle

U have an amazing base, 1 long term bulk and sustained at 14% bf will be mogger.

I was also called fat in highschool. Just make sure ur bulk doesn't go over 16% bf. So maintain ur bulks and cut up to 16 and down to 11 or 12
