No pump, havent been to the gym in 3 days so no inflamation either, frontal lighting

Btw i have been going to the gym 2x a week doing full body at the same time, should i turn up the intensity?

I start every session with 3 sets of dips, pullups, back extensions and 45⁰ crunches (first bw for warmup then weighted)

For chest normal bench press without any arches or feet pushing.
For biceps sitting hammer curls and standing bayesian curls with a 45 degree arm to floor angle.
For triceps single arm isolations.
For back wide grip pulldowns, wide grip t bar rows and narrow grip rows.
For shoulders cable lateral raises (with arms fully extended), machine front raises, cable back delt pulldowns (30⁰ angle)
For legs sitting calve extensions, leg curls and extensions.

I avoid squats, lag presses and deadlifts as i dont want my ass to get any larger, im bulking so its already a bit too much.
I dont do anything dedicated to forearms but i guess hammer curls help a bit.

For everything exept legs and chest i try to do a slow negative as the pumps that it gets you are crazy, you just need to push them a lit more so that the muscle is still contracting even in its most extended position.
