Physique at 148 pre bulk and after surgery

Before my first bulk 148 bw 5'8
ik being short makes the muscle less impressive but this body fat % is what i want to achieve again but at a heavier weight like 165. i was 163 before surgery and after surgery i lost around 10 pounds in a month so im around 150 maybe a little heavier.

I really want a smaller waist but ik thats just diet and visural fat or whatever its callled
just wanna start showing my progress as i get bigger, will prob post physique stuff every once and a while but im mainly focusing my my face rn
