I'm pretty skinny and I have been my entire life, I'm just about 6,1 and I'm 14 but I wanna get jacked over summer. I've always been pretty on and off with the gym going like for 2 ish weeks consistently then losing motivation then not going. and every time I keep going its that same cycle for me, go to gym feeling motivated then I have one bad workout like a week later then loose motivation then stop going and as a matter a fact my stupid ass is still paying for my gym member ship. How do I gain motivation? Where should I focus on? And what are the best peds that are ideal for me as a 14 year old and its easy to get my hands on?? And I also have a plethora of more questions about injecting like how to get obviously, where to hide? And also don't I need a mini fridge to keep them cool or something?? Imo I think they are very confusing and id love for you to answer my questions and give your own tips.
