Started super skinny at 130lbs 6'2 on January 2023. No athletic background of any sort, one of the weakest kids in class, barely managed to do 5 push ups and 1-2 pull ups before starting the gym.
Currently 6'3 190lbs
First pic light pump, second pic no pump at all.

I think I'm at the point where I can start prioritizing some muscle groups. What do you think I should work on more?
Currently prioritizing arms, shoulders and quads. 15 inch arms (no pump) at 6'3 is sad tbh.

You're shoulders are great don't get me wrong but they definitely seem to lack compared to the rest I also don't know if it's the lightning but your traps might be lacking too

yeah I switched from lateral raises to shoulder press couple of months ago because it's so fucking hard to standartize form on lateral raises for me. Progressing well on shoulder press so I hope it would do me good.
