shoulders are my weak point on front profile, cuz they look buff in like side bicep poseframe looks decent shoulders are insanely small more volume or higher reps what eva work cuz rite now it ain´t doing it. but just mass in general about 10kgs muscle and the ladies will notice you workout.

ye bro you got pretty wide clavicles = insane for frame. Honestly good physique and even crazier if you lose atleast 10% of bf. Lowk ass chest genetics. Make your shoulders, back, traps, arms, and even neck look bigger and more dominant so the chest appears relatively better in context (V-taper illusion, broader frame, more 3D upper body)View attachment 4660784

Bro this angle is way better lmao that’s why mirror pics are better. Physique looks a lot more solid now. Yeah side delts are good, prob just work on front delts cause they are lacking from front view. I think ur main focus right now should be chest. Also don’t forget ab work like weighted cable crunch’s. You will be glad you did ab work when you eventually cut down.maybe its because im not flexing much but my shoulders are not that bad

I skipped abs completely cause niggas said compound lifts are good enough, and I ended up having a shitty midsection until I started targeting them
