I would appreciate some tips and what to focus on rn. Now i do my powerlifting split so almost everything i do is low reps high intensity(not everything)

Just lean out a little more and focus on rear delts and upper back maybe some neck solid physique

make sure you are training abs. Dont listen to the "abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym" that is a lie. If you are 300 pounds obviously doing crunches wont give you a six pack, but if you train abs you will.

I went years lifting without touching abs. stayed pretty lean the whole time, but still didn’t have visible abs until I started training them properly.

I'm not saying this is specific to you, its just advice I wish I had.
