I would appreciate some tips and what to focus on rn. Now i do my powerlifting split so almost everything i do is low reps high intensity(not everything)

make sure you are training abs. Dont listen to the "abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym" that is a lie. If you are 300 pounds obviously doing crunches wont give you a six pack, but if you train abs you will.I would appreciate some tips and what to focus on rn.
