15 years old I hope I get another grow spurt I’m not satisfied with my height 🥶

it might just be insertions but your lats are a bit lacking, try to focus on them. Solid physique btw

Thank you man the only thing I’m doing for lats now is pull ups but it’s probably because of the way I pose I didn’t get my lats out yk. But yeah they are lacking compared to other muscles

Thank you man the only thing I’m doing for lats now is pull ups but it’s probably because of the way I pose I didn’t get my lats out yk. But yeah they are lacking compared to other muscles
yeah that might be it. Doing only pull ups is fine tho if its in balance with the rest of your back training

Well the thing is I rarely do anything but pull ups, bicep curls with barbell and standing barbell shoulder press and dips for chest and tricep. I have a little home “gym” if you can call it like that. But I think my muscles would definitely be better if u went to the gym regularly. But rn I focus on my bjj training

he is 15 bros muscle insertions are not even developed fully yet
