So essentially, build your physique. Yeah, what a shocker, huh? I’ll keep this short and simple. In order to actually make good progress in the gym, you’ll need a good diet and workout schedule. I’m currently doing PPLxArnold; however, it’s honestly up to your personal preference. Although you should make sure your muscles are getting at least a day's rest to start off, I'd recommend doing push-pull legs. Which is pretty much chest, shoulders, tris on pushback, bis on pull, and legs on legs. I usually rest on Sundays, but you can take up to 2-3 days of rest depending on how intense your workouts are. For example, if you train 3 times a week to mild discomfort vs. training 3 times a week to failure, you’ll obviously see more results. Now for your diet, honestly, depending on your age, you can decide to count or not count your calories like me. Personally, I don’t count my calories, but I do count my protein. I make sure to eat my weight in protein every day, and since I’m still young, my metabolism is faster than that of an adult, so I wouldn’t need to worry too much about my calories. Of course, that doesn’t mean you should eat like a pig, so no to high-calorie food and you’ll be good. If y’all want I can go into more detail but this is pretty much what I did to go from this at 13 to the final pic at 14
