This is my stack right now:

• 12.5mg of Aromasin daily
• 15mg of MK-677 daily
• 5mg of CJC-1295 weekly
• 300mcg of Ipamorelin daily
• 4 IU of HGH daily

This is all the other stuff I've tried:

• Semaglutide 1mg a week (I was doing this in the beginning)
• MT2 250mcg every time I went out in the sun
• 2.5mg of tirzepatide (because the semaglutide wasn't that effective)

So yeah, I've tried a lot of things, but none of this stuff will make me look like a chad even if I run test, it wouldn't do much for me, and I don’t want to go bald on test. I’m still going to take it just to cope, but I just have to wait for my surgery. I only have a couple more years, and I’m going insane right now. I’ll probably end up in a mental institution if I can’t get my surgery soon. When I see someone better looking than me, I break down. It’s just not fair.
