Your upper lip probably lacks maxilla support
So either bimax/lefort 1 or lip filler. Wider lower jaw would help

ok, do you think CCW rotation of the anterior maxilla could help here,

so that the philtrum might get more forward-projected, which would also make the upper lip more projected, as well?
